ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RECYCLABLE?
Yes, in fact, 100% of our products, including packaging, are recyclable to household standards, so shoping with us has no negative impact on the environment, and we're proud of it.
WHAT PRINTER DO YOU USE?
All our prints are printed on a state-of-the-art wide format Canon imagePROGRAF PRO, top of the range photographic and fine art giclee printer. This printer uses 12 colours to give the best possible colour range and highest quality print possible. It's widely regarded as the best photographic and fine art printer in the world.
WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
We use a high-resolution, premium, bright white 250gsm matt paper, this gives a luxurious finish while eliminating glare from lighting. It's also acid free, meaning your prints will last a lifetime, and FSC® certified.
THE SIZE I WANT ISN'T AVAILABLE.
If you require a custom size, please get in touch with us and let us know what size you require, we might be able to provide the size you require.
I HAVE MY OWN PHOTO/DESIGN I'D LIKE PRINTED, CAN YOU DO THIS?
This depends on the image/graphic size and quality, if you send it to us and let us know what size you want it in, we'll let you know if this is possible.
HOW WILL MY POSTERS ARRIVE?
If you order only A5 and/or A4, these will come in a black envelope with the print protected between 2 pieces of rigid board. If you order larger sizes, these will come rolled up in a strong black cardboard tube. If you order a mix of A4/A5 and larger sizes, they will all come rolled up.
DO YOU SELL FRAMES?
Currently we're unable to offer frames, but it's something we hope to offer in the future.
HOW WILL MY PRINT(S) BE SHIPPED?
All orders under are shipped either via Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Royal Mail 1st Class. International orders will be subject to the country's local carriers and times.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We usually dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri). All prints require between 24-48 hours to cure before we can trim, package and post them. Orders shipped Royal Mail 2nd Class are typically delivered in 3-5 working days (Mon-Sat) in the UK. Orders shipped Royal Mail 1st Class are typically delivered in 1-2 working days (Mon-Sat) in the UK, and international orders can take up to 30 days, depending on the country.
I WANT A DESIGN THAT YOU DON'T HAVE.
We work hard to design high quality posters, and our design team are always willing to help where possible. If you have a idea for a poster you would like, just send us a message letting us know the details, and we'll do our best to help you.
MY PRINT ARRIVED DAMAGED.
We're sorry to hear this, sometimes (very rarely) items can get damaged in transit. But don't worry, just get in touch and we'll make sure you get a replacement order sent out free of charge.
THE COLOUR LOOKS DIFFERENT TO WHAT WAS ON MY COMPUTER.
Computers use light to generate an image, which give an extremely bright and vibrant colour spectrum. Unfortunately, it's impossible to match this on paper, which has no light, and the paper absorbs some of the ink too. As well as this, there are a lot of different types of screen displays, and an endless possibility of colour settings, so it's impossible to accurately show you how your print will look, we do try our best though. This is the same for any print/poster company.
I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRINT(S).
We think this is highly unlikely, but if we haven't met your expectations, we can't apologise enough. We go to extreme lengths to ensure every print is the highest possible quality, and we use one of the best printers on the market, and the best paper too. Please get in touch with us if you are not satisfied and we'll do everything we can to ensure you are 100% satisfied. Customer service is extremely important to us and we want all our customers to be happy, with not only their prints, but their whole experience in buying form us.
I WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM.
That's no problem at all. We understand there can be many reasons for wanting to return a product, which is why we offer a very generous 60 day return period. Just message us and we'll get you sorted as soon as possible.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURNS?
If the reason you need to return the item is due to a fault of ours, we'll pay for the return postage. If it for another reason (such as a change of mind, don't require the item anymore etc) then you will be responsible for the return postage.
I HAVE RETURNED AN ITEM, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Your refund will be processed within 24-48 hours after we receive your returned item(s). The time it takes for you to receive your refund depends on the method of payment and your bank.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Europe is £19.95 and the rest of the world is £29.95.
